Chief Operating Officer of Custom Agricultural Intelligence Inc.

We’re thrilled to announce that Bernice Richard, Chief Operating Officer of Custom Agricultural Intelligence Inc. will be joining us as a keynote speaker at the event!

Bernice has been a formidable presence in the agriculture industry here in Canada. Her passion for sustainable solutions in agriculture propelled her to co-found Custom Agricultural Intelligence Inc., where she spearheads research and formulates strategies to optimize soil nutrients and enhance crop health. With expertise in biochemistry, market research, and project management, Bernice brings a hands-on approach to overseeing all aspects of the organization.

But her impact doesn’t stop there! Bernice’s extensive background in marketing, including print and TV media production, underscores her commitment to fostering meaningful relationships within her team. She champions diversity and inclusivity, creating a workplace culture that promotes growth and fulfillment for all.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bernice is a dedicated philanthropist, actively involved in charitable projects benefiting communities in Sedley, Regina, and Weyburn. Her accolades speak volumes about her contributions – named one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2022, a finalist in the Women in Non-Traditional Roles category for the YWCA Women of Distinction in 2022, and recipient of the Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee Medal. She was also recently awarded Woman of Excellence Winner at the Black Excellence Gala 2023.

As a serial entrepreneur with partnerships in six different companies and seven published books under her belt, Bernice’s ultimate goal is to inspire and make a positive impact on society.
