Her academic achievements include a Master of Laws in Medical Law and Ethics (LLM) with Merit from the University of Edinburgh, a Doctor of Medicine and a Nursing degree. As a certified Human Rights Consultant with the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, she seamlessly integrates ethical, legal, and medical insights into her work, empowering her clients to lead with integrity and confidence.
Bringing nearly two decades of healthcare experience, Jayna has successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship, making an indelible mark in consulting, coaching, and leadership. Her commitment to the community is evident in her roles as President-elect, secretary of the Community Services Subcommittee, and Board Director at Large of the Rotary Club of Regina Eastview. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Black Canadian Women in Action, where she champions the advancement and empowerment of women
When she’s not transforming lives, Jayna values the joys of lifelong learning, indulging in creative pursuits like cooking, traveling, and savoring the charm of low-budget romantic comedies. A proud wife and mother, she finds inspiration in her family and approaches life with boundless enthusiasm for the new opportunities and ways to create a greater impact in the world.
